    We work in tandem with senior planners at Stiles Harold Williams, who help to streamline the development process by supporting us with the preparation, submission and ongoing management of all planning applications from Westbrook Whitfield.

  • Architects

    All design work is carried out in collaboration with HWO Architects, recently shortlisted for three planning awards and headed up by Nicolas Khalili, a leading voice on London's housing crisis and designer of landmark buildings in the UK, US and Asia.

  • Project Managament

    We partner with Paragon, one of the UK's largest independent building and project consultancies, whose team of experts manage all projects from start to finish, ensuring that all timing and budget expectations are fully met.

  • Interior Design

    We also collaborate with N + B Design, an interior consultancy specialising in furniture packages and property staging, to ensure the best finish.

  • Sales & Marketing

    Westbrook Whitfield founders, Mark and Kane, have worked in property sales for over 10 years including running successful estate agencies and a large scale residential development company. We partner with local agents on a project by project basis and also work closely with NPP Investments who help us to analyse and navigate national and international investor sales.

Our aim is to design the forever home from concept to final art work, helping to select and source the right materials to create the ideal internal spaces. We work closely with invetsors to identify your vision and to fully realise the best version of what your property can be.
